My wonderful wife Beverly had lung cancer surgery last weekend. It was successful, but the recuperation is slow. So, it’s been a hectic, stressful time for me, and I didn’t get a new post written. Please come back next week and enjoy ElvisBlog as usual.

Phil, I am so glad Beverley’s operation was a success. I think all of us on this wonderful site would agree with me that your priority is her recovery. We are blessed enough with all that you share with us, we can wait a week or two for our next installment.
And don’t forget to take care of yourself too. Often the caregiver forgets to do that.
Love and best wishes
